Quickies at work (could take between 11/2 - 2 minutes!) (A suggested sequence but you can do your own thing!) Open up chest (breast stroke swimming actions!) Relax shoulders (up/down three times)         Don’t rush!!!!
Momentary self checks (Whenever you think of them!) How’s your posture/neck?
Evening If you’re marking etc. – don’t tense up (ha! ha!).
