A half day introductory voice
workshop is available to help.


Get those shoulders relaxed with
a little soothing massage.

The workshop fits neatly into one morning (it includes two short breaks)

The approach is relaxed & the sessions are informative and fun.

They are designed for groups
 of staff.

The principal aim is to show you and your colleagues how you can begin to take care of your professional voice.

And in doing this, you will discover
how your well being affects your
voice’s well being.


You won't have to take notes.
 Each participant will be given a folder of advice, routines & exercises.

my voice professionally and visit schools on a regular basis.
